Update on the Implementation of the Smart Door Lock System

We are pleased to announce that the integration of the NFF (CWB) lab booking system with the university’s smart door lock system has been successfully completed! 

As part of this upgrade, the old NFF cards were officially replaced by the NFF (CWB) QR code for lab access in May 2025. Now, users can simply bring their mobile devices to gain access to the lab, book equipment, and check equipment in and out—all in one convenient solution.

 This enhancement not only streamlines our operations but also significantly improves security control and safety in the lab environment. We would also like to acknowledge the ITSO team for their assistance during the integration process.
