The NFF (CWB) Team

This year, NFF (CWB) welcomed three new team members: Mr. Michael LAU, Mr. Eric LAW and Mr. William XIE. We would like to extend a warm welcome to them.

Michael has dedicated more than ten years to the field of IT education. He has experience in computer and network troubleshooting skills.

Eric has been proving himself skillful and experienced in the field of lasers which covers fiber YAG lasers & CO₂ laser systems in laser cutting, engraving and marking technology, particularly in scientific laser system in R&D area.

William studied electronics and had experience as a project manager in the industrial sector.

Sam and Andrew both received the award for 30 years of service.

We are delighted to share with you that Mr. Sam LAI from the Department of ECE and Mr. Andrew WONG from NFF (CWB) have been awarded in the Staff Long Service Award 2023. This award recognizes their commitment and contributions to NFF (CWB) over the years. Andrew mainly works on front-end operations in the lab while Sam focuses on photomask making, a crucial and critical module within NFF (CWB). Congratulations, Sam and Andrew!
