The CAS-HKUST Microelectronics Joint Laboratory Review

The Institute of Microelectronics of Chinese Academy of Sciences (IMECAS) and the HKUST have long established the CAS-HKUST Microelectronics Joint Laboratory since 1997.

Two visiting scholars, Ms. Lingli ZHAO and Ms. Tao WANG, from the IMECAS joined the NFF in June 2018. Ms. Zhao is working on the module of thermal diffusion and ion implantation. Ms. Wang is working on the photolithography module.
