On 25th September 2017, Dr. Edwin WU, CEO of Picosun Asia, presented a seminar titled “Introduction of ALD technology and applications”.
On 3rd November 2017, Prof. Mikhail BAKLANOV, CTO of Leuven Instruments, delivered a seminar titled “Advanced interconnects in semiconductor manufacturing beyond 10nm technology node” and Dr. Kaidong XU, CEO of Leuven Instruments, presented a seminar titled “Advanced patterning for logic and memory devices for 10nm and beyond”.
